Wong Peng Wai is a management consultant, corporate trainer and coach and has more than 20 years of consulting and training experience.
The first person in Asia to be certified to teach Mind Mapping by Buzan Centre UK, Peng Wai has conducted more than 1,000 workshops on mind mapping, memory skills, creative thinking, systems thinking and systematic innovation in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Hong Kong.
As a management consultant, he has done many consulting assignments in information technology, change management, human resource and strategic planning with multinational companies.
A Global Partner with the Haines Center for Strategic Management in 2004-2009, Peng Wai is certified by the Haines Center to run systems thinking and strategic management workshops. He has also written articles on causal loops, systems thinking archetypes and the law of unintended consequences.
Peng Wai was awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Innovation Mastery (a Delphi Innovation Black Belt) by Delphi Group in 2011 for his knowledge and contribution to innovation and innovation training.
Peng Wai also coaches presentation skills, strategic life planning and executive coaching.
With a M.B.A. and a B.Eng., Peng Wai is also a Systematic Innovation (TRIZ) Practitioner, a member of the American Society for Training and Development and a member of the Singapore Institute of Management.
