This workshop discusses change and why change is necessary for an organisation to improve.
You will be introduced to The Rollercoaster of Change™, a model developed by the Haines Centre for Strategic Management.
Using examples taken from life cycles and psychology, the Rollercoaster will explain why people react the way they do during change and
how they can be helped as they go through change.
As change is always going on in business, you will learn how to:
